Return & Replacement Policy - Domestic (India)
Our returns & replacement policy lasts until 24 hours from receiving your order. If 24 hours have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you return or any replacement/exchange.
To be eligible for any return or any replacement, item received by you must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
Our team of experts will inspect the product in question for any damages before proceeding with any return or replacement. Product must also be in the original packaging with original product certificate if any, lab certificate if any, copy of invoice, etc.
Please note we would need an uncut and unaltered unboxing video as proof to claim refund/replacement/exchange in case of damaged or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.
To complete your return/ replacement/ exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases we may arrange a return pickup at your doorstep. Please check with our customer care executive if you are eligible for a return pickup door service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of onward shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Pack your product carefully and send only through a reputed courier such as Blue Dart, DTDC with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us. You should mail your product to the address provided by our customer support executive or sales agent.
Please also note that any damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Return & Replacement Policy.
Refunds are not applicable for any exchange/ replacement of your product. However, if
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
For COD orders you may ask for store credit/ gift card/ or provide UPI id to initiate a refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shopify transaction charges and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
Refund may take 10-14 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Prepaid orders, if not already shipped by us, can be cancelled by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us at +91 9098389938. Your order amount would be refunded as per our refund policy and your order would be cancelled.
Prepaid orders, once shipped by us, cannot be cancelled from our end. The only way to cancel the order would be to refuse to accept the order when it reaches you. Once the order reaches back to us, we will cancel your order and will process your refund by deducting onwards and backwards shipping charges.
COD orders, if not already shipped by us, can be cancelled by emailing us at email@example.com or calling us at +91 9098389938. There is no refund applicable for COD orders.
