Return and Cancellation Policy

Our return policy lasts for only 2 Days. If 2 Days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you return or any exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our team of experts will inspect the product in question for any damages before proceeding with any returns. Product must also be in the original packaging with original product certificate, lab certificate, copy of invoice, etc.

Please note we would need an uncut and unaltered unboxing video as proof to claim refund/replacement in case of damage or wrong product sent. Make a video while opening the package.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some of the items such as loose rudraksha, gemstones, yantra can be returned with 100% money paid for the product except shipping charges within the 2 days by meeting the above conditions. Some of the products such as custom jewelry (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) created for you  cannot be returned for money. You can however, place a return request and ask for a store credit. Store credit would be worth 75% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

Late or missing refunds

Refund may take 10-14 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer support executive or sales agent.

Pack your product carefully and send only through a reputed courier such as DTDC with insurance for the package. Take the courier tracking information and share with us.

In some cases we may arrange a return pickup at your doorstep. Please check with our customer care executive if you are eligible for a return pickup door service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of onward shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Non-refundable charges

Shipping charges, VAT and duties are not refundable.

Payment Gateway charges and Shopify charges if applicable, will not be refunded.

Any lab certificate, pooja service, etc. that may have been ordered apart from the free one along with the item, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
