3-Day Window: You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or exchange.
Eligibility: Only damaged, incorrect products, or size issues (exchange only) are eligible. An uncut, unaltered unboxing video is required as proof for damaged or incorrect products.
Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all certificates and invoices included.
Size Issues: Returns are not accepted for size issues, but you can request an exchange if the required size is available. Please connect with our team to know about applicable charges or exchange fees.
Non-Returnable Items: Products viewed in a video before purchase, and free or complimentary items, are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Refund Process: Refunds are not available for exchanges or replacements. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10-14 business days, excluding non-refundable charges like energization, shipping and transaction fees.
Candles, Spell Jars, Knots, Mojo Bags, Altars, Essential Oil, Bath Salts and Roll on are non returnable items.Â
